Visual arts is a part of me.

My mother was a drawer and art has therefore been close to me since childhood. At the age of ten I received a Kodak "Brownie" from my father and consequently started taking photos.

For many years I combined my visual arts with other occupations. Eventually I resigned from a permanent position, lived in Parga, Greece for six months, taking photos and exhibited my pictures.

Today I run Janko Photo in Varberg with my wife Ewa. This is also where you find our gallery Jankocollection in the center of Varberg.

Create a beautiful life

To be a maker of visual arts is central to me, in order to "create a beautiful life". I take pictures of moments, details and perspectives that give life a fascinating and comfortable feeling. 

My ambition is that the pictures also will be a part of the beautiful in your life.

Visual artist

In order to find beauty in life you will have to search for it. My pictures contain moments that affect. Sensible observations of people, places and matters.

In the gallery you will find pictures that show different perspectives and create serenity. The pictures are available with or without frames and in digital versions for printed matters or web.
